Point Nepean Dolphin Sanctuary – School
Port Phillip bay offers some of Victoria's best sea kayaking.
Bring your students and explore Point Nepean, discovering the beauty of Boonwurrang country, and the early history of Melbourne as you paddle past the sorrento cliffs dotted with lime kilns down towards the quarantine station dating back to 1852. The Dolphin Sanctuary provides the experience of seeing Bottlenose and Common dolphins up close. Clear water, sandy beaches, mansions along the foreshore. Alternatively adventure along the rock formations of the Mornington cliffs with stunning views across the bay. This program can be tailored to meet your intended learning outcomes with many cross curricular opportunities across the Victorian Curriculum. Our qualified sea kayak guides can assist you to deliver and achieve your desired learning outcomes.
